- System Preferences - Follow the network path.

- On the Network menu, select WiFi (Ethernet if connecting via Ethernet) in the left pane, click on "Advanced" and scroll down to the "DNS" tab.
- Click + to enter the DNS addresses and click OK to confirm (like Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4). Finally, save your settings by saying "Apply".
- If you want to get the DNS address from scratch automatically, that is, if you want to go back to your ISP's own DNS address, click the Apple logon to reach the pop-up menu and select "Automatic" for Location.
